The Field Activation Audit is operated by Mango Marketing Australia Pty Ltd. This page says plainly what is collected, why, and what is never done with it.
Your name, company and email address, entered before the gated section of the audit. Your answers to the audit questions, and anything you write in the free-text question at the end. Nothing is collected about you from anywhere else, and no tracking or advertising scripts run on this site.
To produce your findings, to send them to you, and to follow up once. Your answers are saved as you go so that you can stop partway through and still receive them.
Your details are not sold, rented, shared with third parties, or added to any list. Your company is never named publicly, in marketing, in a case study or as a client reference, without your written permission first. Where a comparison across companies is ever shown, it is aggregate and no company is identifiable within it.
Readings are kept for as long as they are useful to you and to us, and deleted on request. Ask and it is done, with no conditions and no retention offer attached.
One section of your findings is produced by a language model, which is given your answers and your free-text response in order to describe where the two disagree. It is not used to score you, and the diagnosis itself is calculated deterministically from your answers rather than generated.
